Terms of Service
The short version: your ticket is your claim, we document everything, and estimates are estimates.

1. The service
Town Park provides valet parking and related services (taxi ordering, car wash, EV charging, fuel-up) at partner venues in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. By handing your vehicle and keys to a Town Park valet and accepting a valet ticket, you agree to these terms.
2. Your ticket
The valet ticket (physical or digital) is the sole claim to your vehicle. Keep it safe. If you lose your ticket, we will release the vehicle only after identity and ownership verification at the valet stand.
3. Vehicle condition
We photograph each vehicle at drop-off. Town Park is responsible for damage demonstrably caused while the vehicle is in our custody, as evidenced against the drop-off photographs. Pre-existing damage, mechanical failures, and items left inside the vehicle are excluded.
4. Fees
Parking and additional services are charged in Uzbek so‘m (UZS) at the rates displayed at the valet stand or shown when you request a service. Payment is due at pick-up unless your venue covers it.
5. Retrieval
Estimated return times (typically 3–5 minutes) are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur during peak hours or adverse conditions.
